I know I’ve raved so much about Heavenly Homemakers the past few weeks that y’all are probably sick of it. I’ve read her for a long time and always admired her cheerful attitude and parenting and marriage advice–and now I’m starting to follow the same eating habits as her family, too. I’m thinking I could just steal her menu plan and be very happy.
I do, however, still have tons of food in the freezer to plow through, so we’ll leave that for another week!
Sunday: Leftover chicken and wild rice soup
Monday: Tuscan Lemon Chicken, Honey-Roasted Carrots, Rice
Tuesday: Taco Bake over romaine
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Gnocchi with Sausage and Swiss Chard (Rachael Ray 365)
Friday: French toast, turkey bacon
Saturday: takeout pizza (free coupon)
Breakfasts: Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake, warm vanilla soothers, grits with cheese and hot sauce (my favorite … it makes me feel so Southern!)
Lunches: Leftovers, Baked Chicken Burgers, PBJ, Pizza Pockets
To Do: Make bread, homemade nutri-grain bars (recipe e-mailed from an OAMC friend–thanks, Fritz Facts!)

Can't wait for the nutri-grain bar recipe! Sounds like a great snack to make for my daughter's class.
Sounds like a delicious week! The lemon chicken and the blueberry coffee cake sound especially good!
