This week falls in between traveling for my grandpa’s funeral and going on vacation Friday. So here’s my very short menu plan for the nights we’ll be eating this week.
Monday: BBQ Sloppy Chicken Pizza
Tuesday: leftovers from Monday
Wednesday: Cheddar Butter Burgers, Onion Rings, Corn on the Cob (moved from last week)
Thursday: frittata with sausage, broccoli, and other fridge odds and ends; grits
