Since:
A) We ate Subway last Tuesday because it was one those days I couldn’t bear to go home and cook;
B) We ate leftovers one night because we had to make room for Easter dinner; and
C) We had six guests yesterday and there was no way I was going to the grocery store
I’ve decided to forge ahead with a menu this week I can mostly make with what we already have on hand. (Um, hello, Monday morning brain. Do you think you could make some coherent sentences?)
Monday: Potato Soup, Grilled Cheese, Salad
Tuesday: Leftover Ham and Sweet Potato Casserole
Wednesday: church dinner
Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggie
Friday: Ham and Potato Pockets
Saturday: Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage Patties
Sunday: Whatever you can find around the house
I haven’t been shopping yet, and I’ll just be buying crescent rolls and swiss cheese for the Ham and Potato Pockets, and a few things for lunches. Maybe checking out the manager’s specials in case there’s something I need to grab up for future dinners!

Hi! I’m popping over from Laura’s blog to say thanks for your giveaway
You’ve inspired me to “shop” in my cupboards for my menu this week, too. Thanks!
Thanks for trying the Ham and Potato Pockets!
